Unfortunately I was a part of a 25% company-wide layoff just 4 months in a Triple Whale. Overall I had a great experience and the layoff came as a surprise. The direct sales leadership is great and very helpful. Inbound lead flow is great. Biggest issues are around customer retention due to Month-to-month contracting. New competition popping up constantly but Triple Whale is a leader!

There is product market fit but recently they changed pricing to be lower which required double the amount of closed deals to hit attainment. As well as adding a free version that added about 4k users in 2 months but $0 MRR. Marketing sends 1-2 emails A DAY which kills outreach for prospects and they ultimately opt out.
