Very sink or swim organization. They are constantly hiring because people are constantly leaving. External AE hires rarely workout here because of the extreme dependence on outbound prospecting required to be successful. Internal SDR to AE hires typically workout better because you are essentially still an SDR as an AE at Navan. Do not consider Navan if you are not comfortable with a very extreme outbound cold call culture. SDR's plan to make 100 calls a day and AE's plan to make at least 50 calls a day. Zero inbound leads. Great place to start your career in tech though and be considered for an AE position after 1.5 years as an SDR.

Overall, good sales org. Change happens monthly, whether it’s leadership, comp structure, product updates etc. They definitely keep you on your toes.
