The product is great, but as I've been here for over a year, it's gotten more and more challenging to be promoted. I've gone through countless quota changes and there's been very little consistency. Major leadership changes as well, which have resulted in new leaders coming in and treating the org as 'all numbers', implementing new metrics and raising quota to an intense height. Was great in the beginning, but has gone downhill for sure. It all depends on what segment you land in.

Super toxic management with leaders enjoying to mock people on their outfit or how they look, telling you one day you're amazing and how lame you are the day after. I've been told it changed a bit since they structured with more mid-management but VPs with multiple HR Cases says a lot imo. my vp switched completely in mind and way of treating me once he discovered...Read More
