Great place if you can get leads. Changing company Benefits, HR tools and selling HR support is very difficult without their initial inbound interest or a referral. Also this product target market is for companies growing who lack internal HR support or who need top tier health benefits. With many layoffs industry wide in 2024 fewer companies are growing. Less Venture capital means less smaller companies in a growth phase are available to sell to.

Great compensation structure, but opportunities are hard to come by due to minimal inbound opportunity flow, market saturation, and the product being a commodity.

Great place to start out as a BDR. The base pay is not as good as other places and the commission structure could be a bit better, but the culture is great and leadership listens to their employees.
