Great place if you can get leads. Changing company Benefits, HR tools and selling HR support is very difficult without their initial inbound interest or a referral. I felt the compensation and benefits were a little above average for a SMB/mid-market AE role. The biggest con is that TriNet management says no to about 50% of the companies you bring to the table. You have to have a ton of inbound to be successful, which really depends on your market. The sales managers make the difference, I had a great one, so it was awesome....Read More
