Training is extensive and information overload. Team seems really willing to help new hires. Their own personal HR Dept sucks.

Great place to start out as a BDR. The base pay is not as good as other places and the commission structure could be a bit better, but the culture is great and leadership listens to their employees.

Solid position, though I really like my director. Good comp for the work you do. Really good people overall. There’s a ton of red tape to get deals through the door, but it’s a good job and great leaders that will go to bat for you time and again.
