Great company overall. Lots of collaboration and support from teammates and leadership as long as you are actively engaging. Little to no inbound leads. This is a true hunter/self generating role.

Solid position, though I really like my director. Good comp for the work you do. Really good people overall. There’s a ton of red tape to get deals through the door, but it’s a good job and great leaders that will go to bat for you time and again.

I felt the compensation and benefits were a little above average for a SMB/mid-market AE role. The biggest con is that TriNet management says no to about 50% of the companies you bring to the table. You have to have a ton of inbound to be successful, which really depends on your market. The sales managers make the difference, I had a great one, so it was awesome....Read More

Great company. Excellent resources. Work life balance is awesome. There are a lot of guard rails and hoops to jump through to get deals across the line.
