Former Employee4.1Mar 24, 2024Trend has a great culture. The leaders make time to listen and support you. It’s a stable company with a good balance sheet. Trend has not figured out the US market though. Very few inbound leads (especially in the Enterprise segment) and Trend refuses to put more money into marketing. Pay is lower than top cybersecurity competitors.

Former Employee4.3Mar 5, 2024My overall expreince was great at Trend micro, from a leadership and a product standpoint it could not have been better. From a compensation standpoint this role is underpaid compared to the market, but the fact it was fully remote along with having the type of management made up for it. Overall great experience and company.
