Amazing product and vision, good compensation, average/below average leadership. Quota attainment/OTE is not very realistic and will drive good sales people away.

1st & 2nd line leadership is great but unfortunately senior sale leadership prevents them from properly supporting sellers on deals. Changes in compensation from prior years prevent an already abysmal quota attainment.
