Base compensation is super low. Prospects and target market are unreliable at best. Training is solid but leadership is lacking at points. Commission CAN be lucrative but for the vast majority of reps - it isn’t. Great first job out of college, I wouldn’t stay long.

Decent sales opportunity right out of school. They’ll teach you how to sell and prospect and if you’re able to survive a year or two it’ll open doors to better sales jobs down the road. Most employees are responsible for sourcing their own business. My department is inbound with a qualifier role that transfers to closers. Inbound lead flow is extremely inconsistent making it hard to hit quota
