Decent sales opportunity right out of school. They’ll teach you how to sell and prospect and if you’re able to survive a year or two it’ll open doors to better sales jobs down the road. Pay is horrible and it sucks at times, but looking back at my time there and where I’m at now in my career at 28 and 5 years out of working for TSI - I wouldn’t change a thing. Working uptown was fun and met a lot of friends, that grew my network for future opps. Definitely better jobs out there but if you’re fresh out of college and need somewhere to get your feet wet - it’s a great fit.

Most employees are responsible for sourcing their own business. My department is inbound with a qualifier role that transfers to closers. Inbound lead flow is extremely inconsistent making it hard to hit quota
