Base compensation is super low. Prospects and target market are unreliable at best. Training is solid but leadership is lacking at points. Commission CAN be lucrative but for the vast majority of reps - it isn’t. Great first job out of college, I wouldn’t stay long.

There is a low incentive to grow in the company with the lack of an internal job board and only being hand selected if you had a good relationship with someone in management.
