My overall experience was unfortunate and the “frat house” environment became old the more I matured outside of the job. If you you’re fresh out of high school or college you’ll be okay for a year or so

Overall good, it does a lot to nurture growth but landing big accounts really does come down to luck.

It's a cut throat frat house where if you are in, you'll make decent money. If you're not in, you won't get anything except a PIP and release from them. They aren't sales, they are snake oil cons who do whatever it takes to hit quotas. Pay is low, hours are long, you'll make more waiting tables.
