It's a cut throat frat house where if you are in, you'll make decent money. If you're not in, you won't get anything except a PIP and release from them. They aren't sales, they are snake oil cons who do whatever it takes to hit quotas. Pay is low, hours are long, you'll make more waiting tables.

TQL is very behind in the times. The compensation structure is laughable. Your base salary is well under market average, the commision structure is a draw which means you are only allowed your base salary OR your commission, not both which is insane in todays job market. Despite the terrible hours, 85 percent attrition rate and terrible leadership I was able to make money.
