My overall experience was unfortunate and the “frat house” environment became old the more I matured outside of the job. If you you’re fresh out of high school or college you’ll be okay for a year or so

You either get your salary or commission not both. This makes it extremely frustrating when they ask you to work more because youre not seeing returnd in your paycheck

Horrible place to work. Recruiters lie during every interview about commission structure, growth opportunities, and encourage you to lie to the new-highers when they shadow you during the interview process.
