TQL cares more about business than workers, to them anyone work the job and they’re quick to move into the next.

They preach a culture of hard work, but it doesn’t benefit anyone but the company. Inbound leads are given to specific people in the company. You work overtime with no pay and there’s no work life balance. They even make it hard for reps to get internal leads.
