Terrible company to work for. Crazy amounts of turnover - people quitting and getting fired. Super low base pay and promotional structure is terrible. They lie to you about how much money you can make. Management is not great either. Terrible job to take.

TQL is an awesome place for someone looking to start a new career or for someone fresh out of college looking to get into sales. TQL does an amazing job of instilling work ethic into their reps and they do a great job of building a strong culture. I would highly reccomend it to anyone who is young and is looking to get their start in sales.
