Decent job fresh out of college. They set you up as an assistant for 6 months. Stressful as the only way to make money is more calls, but the current client management takes up most time.

The "base" is actually a draw, but not marketed as such to prospective employees. TQL has "first commission check ceremonies" that are for the warm and fuzees only as the avg. first commission is <$50. They also have a bad reputation in the market, which made it hard to attract new clients that were familiar with the brand. The incredibly high turnover didn't help....Read More
