Despite the terrible hours, 85 percent attrition rate and terrible leadership I was able to make money. Leave in good standing and try and move on after making them millions and they will probably try to sue you. Terrible culture. In my years I saw womanizing, racism, and nepotism run rampt. They tell you it's base + commission until you get to, if you get to, making commission then you find out it's base OR commission. Do not recommend.

They preach a culture of hard work, but it doesn’t benefit anyone but the company. Inbound leads are given to specific people in the company. You work overtime with no pay and there’s no work life balance. They even make it hard for reps to get internal leads.
