Former Employee2.3Dec 5, 2023Looking back, there were significant red flags even prior to onboarding. Quality of equipment and customer service was poor so it was continuously putting out fires from the sales rep before you just to lose the customer at the end of the term regardless.

Newer reps are unable to gain momentum and almost never make quota. Turnover is high with most talented new recruits leaving before they can be developed.
