Pros:
• The company feels premium to compete against the Fiverr, Oyster and Angelslist.
• You get to connect with talented professionals internally so you feel like you're in good hands.
• The flexible remote work setup lets you manage your own time, helping maintain a work-life balance.
• The base compensation is quite competitive to the market.
Cons:
• The job doesn’t match the promises, quotas are absolutely out of reach for most Sales Reps. ie) Generate 20 meetings a month or you'll be placed on PIP.
• Most of the great Account Executives like working alone and don't support SDRs to mentor them to be promoted or for a raise.
• The compensation structure is misleading, making it harder to hit quotas, and commissions feel outdated.
• Remote work sounds appealing, but there’s constant pressure to be available, blurring the lines between work and personal life.
• Leadership often favors a select few, so if you’re not in their inner circle, your ideas and actions are completely ignored.
