My overall experience has been quite positive at Toptal. Like most organizations during times of economic downturn, there have been challenges to overcome, but Toptal has done a solid job in paving a path forward for individual reps and teams to grow. This includes transparent leadership and a constant refinement of sales processes and development in order to succeed.

Decent can do better in terms employee satisfaction. Mediocre benefits for employees in terms of healthcare, team outings. Very frugal. Culture, Diversity is excellent. Professional growth is low to none.
