Toptal is a really tense and uncomfortable enviroment. The management is pushed really hard by the CEO and that stress trickles down to the sales team. Would not recommend working here.

Toptal is a dynamic sales oriented company with a very strong product market fit. Internal communication is superb and compensation is good.
