Toptal is a really tense and uncomfortable enviroment. The management is pushed really hard by the CEO and that stress trickles down to the sales team. Would not recommend working here.

Decent can do better in terms employee satisfaction. Mediocre benefits for employees in terms of healthcare, team outings. Very frugal. Culture, Diversity is excellent. Professional growth is low to none.

Easy job, decent inbound lead flow, short deal cycle, good product market fit. Incredibly TOXIC culture, they have a script for disco calls and control word for word what you say, if you don't adhere to it strictly they let you go regardless of performance
