Toptal is a dynamic sales oriented company with a very strong product market fit. Internal communication is superb and compensation is good. Very few people hit quota and mostly from the sales teams in USA. I never saw middle managers to disagree with higher managers and I never saw higher managers disagreeing with the board of directors. Although everyone is calling each other a leader, I believe it is a company that is looking for managers rather than leaders. The inbound leads are flowing but 80 percent of them are bad leads.

Can't figure out how this org isn't rating much higher. There's so many smart people here, fully remote, generous base compensation. Everyone is so welcoming. I'm thinking disgruntled laid off employees left the lower ones. Every sales org has reps that just aren't built to sell. A players, B players, C players, and layoffs.
