Toptal is a dynamic sales oriented company with a very strong product market fit. Internal communication is superb and compensation is good. Very few people hit quota and mostly from the sales teams in USA. I never saw middle managers to disagree with higher managers and I never saw higher managers disagreeing with the board of directors. Although everyone is calling each other a leader, I believe it is a company that is looking for managers rather than leaders. The inbound leads are flowing but 80 percent of them are bad leads.
