Can't figure out how this org isn't rating much higher. There's so many smart people here, fully remote, generous base compensation. Everyone is so welcoming. I'm thinking disgruntled laid off employees left the lower ones. Every sales org has reps that just aren't built to sell. A players, B players, C players, and layoffs. Nowhere is perfect. but this place is EONS beyond my last org.

Great company overalll. I have heard rumblings that the women at the company do not get paid as much as the men.

Toptal is a dynamic sales oriented company with a very strong product market fit. Internal communication is superb and compensation is good. Very few people hit quota and mostly from the sales teams in USA. I never saw middle managers to disagree with higher managers and I never saw higher managers disagreeing with the board of directors.
