It is a good company to start with but with its compensation structure it can take a long time to earn money and depending on your TAM it can take even longer based on how well the restaurants are doing in that area

Best leadership the entire way up and the people working at Toast are amazing - at other orgs I have worked at there are usually a few bad apples both in leadership and in the org, but at Toast there has not been a single bad leader and the overwhelming vast majority of people working at Toast are good people

Great company for a positive and supportive culture. Restaurant industry knowledge is a must to be successful. Commissions are made upon account go lives which range 6-12 weeks after signing and residuals paid two months after. OTE takes a fews months to realize. After you been with company for 1 year things are super smooth.

Toast is a great place to start cutting your teeth as an AE. If you do well, you do very well. Most AEs clear 200k in their second year. Territory matters highly in this job.
