Current Employee Toast used to be a way better place to work in terms of Sales. Leadership has fallen apart in Growth Sales as they have failed to make territories equitable/fair despite all of the feedback given over the years. Base salary is $55,000 which is not livable in a major city, especially with a monthly quota that is far too high. Great product and love the culture, but the fact that all quotas are the same for every rep no matter the part of the country you cover is disappointing. Company needs to hire external leaders who have seen scale and faced/overcome the organization's current challenges. Browse Other Reviews
