Best product on the market, and a pretty good culture, but going through some adjustments throughout the company. Ultra focused on growth, so it becomes a bit transactional and not enough customer focus.

Toast is a fantastic product. Culture at Toast is also great. Base compensation is poor and role is extremely TAM dependent. AE's are also doing a lot of account management and picking up the slack for support on almost a daily basis. Comp plans are good but it takes a long time to get ramped. The company had a strong legacy, but location count is increasing and as a result high quotas are being pushed with no data to back it up. When asked leaders have nothing to show for

The product and tools are there. Territory, Timing and Talent apply in that order. But it is a solid company with great culture and the money is there for those who want it.
