It was better when I started. Now we’re public, quotas have increased and territories have shrunk. This role is very territory specific as some reps with great territories have tons of inbounds, while on the contrary, if you have a weak small less affluent territory, consistently hitting quota is simply impossible. Overall toast has been good. Base compensation is ok. But you can make up for it with commissions. Quotas have gone up significantly over the last 2 years.
