Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall experience was poor. I was a top performer exceeding my metrics consistently and the pay never matched expectations. Tons of swag but little work life balance. It is a customer service role in a new business selling role you are the customers only line of defense outside of an 800 number. Needless to say the phone never stops ringing and most of the time it’s trouble shooting with current customers. There are many things I loved about toast but most of them were right place right time situations. I was pre IPO and then a few years after and the changes made were not for the employees sake. This is a short term role with quick sales but a very saturated market. Browse Other Reviews
