Delinea is lost, still trying to figure out what the merger of Centrify and Thycotic means to the market. Selling futures has run its course with many upset customers and churn. Few reps hitting their quotas and management still continues to hire blamming the reps and not over saturation. I wouldn't even consider joining until this round of executive management is flushed out.

It all boils down to the fact that Delinea is not Thycotic. They have a good to great product but a Sales org that has very little idea of how to handle it, particularly US-side as EMEA continues to deliver consistently good results regardless of the madness from across the pond.

Good experience. New sales leaderships makes life much harder. Ability to upsell/cross sell existing accounts makes it easier to hit number. Third ranked vendor in space so always invited to the party for big deals.
