When it was Thycotic the culture was much better. Since it became Delinea the leadership team on the sales side is absolutely clueless. They dropped the "centralized platform" way too fast and addressed it like an "oopsies." Whole company is dead in the water in 2 years.

Incredible product but lacking resources to make the job satisfying. No CS team, PS packages don’t align with ACV in mid market. New executive team has made too many changes at once with unrealistic goals Overall, long term vision for this company is strong but it’s still a few years out.
