I absolutely loved working at Thumbtack. I started a few months before the Pandemic. It was a wild ride for a while. I absolutely loved the culture there. One of my very favorite places to work. Great perks, good pay, fantastic leadership.

Experience has been excellent. Company culture is great among reps but lots of issues among management. Pay is great. Benefits amazing. Lots of changes recently, hard to comment on pay structure.

Thumbtack is a fantastic place to work. Great people,culture, and the perks are awesome. The challenge at Thumbtack is that it still hasn't found its stride in sales and is constantly stumbling around trying to figure out what it wants to do.
