Thumbtack is a fantastic place to work. Great people,culture, and the perks are awesome. The challenge at Thumbtack is that it still hasn't found its stride in sales and is constantly stumbling around trying to figure out what it wants to do. I do believe the company has great intentions and is trying to do the best it can to be a product that delivers a great value for its users.

Experience has been excellent. Company culture is great among reps but lots of issues among management. Pay is great. Benefits amazing. Lots of changes recently, hard to comment on pay structure.
