Although, the explosion of GenAI seems to be catching up to them as companies shift their focus and resources towards natural language capabilities. The culture at ThoughtSpot is one of hustle, speed, and burnout. As a late stage startup (Series F), they are eyeing a selling event. However, the idea of an IPO seems far-fetched at this point because of the downturn in revenue, churn rate rising, and operational inefficiencies. ThoughtSpot is a tough place to work, and it’s recommended that you do not work here if you value a work-life balance. However, if you are looking for a challenge to work in a fast-paced and large market, it’s recommended that you seize this opportunity.
