Management toes the company line that all territories are equal which is patently ridiculous. Monthly quotas mean you will not be taking more than a couple days off at a time if at all. Otherwise it's great.

Former Employee2.9Aug 26, 2024Comp plan gets decimated every year. They do NOT like paying for outperformance. They reduced accelerators to be 'more fair' to the underperformers! Average management within the sales team. Good products and product team. Finance will try to limit commissions.
