Your success is completely dependent on territory because the product is a market leader. Management toes the company line that all territories are equal which is patently ridiculous. Monthly quotas mean you will not be taking more than a couple days off at a time if at all. Otherwise it's great.

I navigated the company for a mid/level sales and account management role, to a sales role on an elite group of accounts. OTE could go from 120K-200K depending on the market and products.
