Overall was really bad I had 3 managers in 1 year no clear path for development and growth, no option to move to sales, not really a good experience

Thomson Reuters is always a great place to work but they have gone through changes in particular selling of Financial Markets business to other players.

Overall the experience has been a lot of learning the industry. People are nice but not a lot of diversity

Decent pay, very high stress, quotas were quotas so there was never truly time off. Comp plan is scaled so if you leave prior to the end of the year you end up being extremely under paid.
