Big shakeup in leadership--and they are in an ivory tower. Lots of acquisitions leading to big increases in quota--with no clear plan to get there. It all depends on your territory--which can change radically from year to year. Be very careful about working here.

The OTE is not achievable for most territories and leadership knows this but refuses to make any reasonable changes to improve moral around it.

My overall experience was positive. Sure there are plenty of things to criticize but all in, I'd say it's one of the better companies I've worked for.
