We have undergone a number of executive leadership changes that has changed the culture significantly, which has resulted in high turnover and lower customer satisfaction. The organization has potential to live within business segments which is great, but recent culture has been to hire from outside the organization, leaving the teams with new managers that do t have internal clout or product knowledge. The internal processes are constantly changing, with more admin tasks added at every step, making it really difficult to get things done and be agile for customers. Browse Other Reviews
