Lots of process/systems changes in 2024 which are generally positive, but impacting ability to sell. Leaders are smart, helpful, and kind -willing to jump in and help on calls, coach strategy, offer support- but also overwhelmed by the chaos. No internal sales promotions in over a year, no clear path to career growth (though they say this is being addressed). Two of the ~15 SMB reps consistently are at goal. Promising future, very difficult present

The sales team is not set up for success. Marketing is not in alignment with the target audience resulting in extremely poor leads. The sales process is based on high volume activities aimed at the wrong audience, major time waste.
