It seems like C-suite and Sales leadership are working to reduce the impact this has on sellers, but the short term hit was substantial to quota attainment, actual OTE, and compensation.

There are 4 different service lines with 16 different softwares all within the healthcare vertical, so team performance is highly variable based on which service line you're working with.
