Positives: Marketable and known product in a growing space. Fair compensation. Accessibility to exec leadership to drive sales progress. Negatives: leadership on the NA ENT team has changed the culture. Everyone is just a number.

The company has changed a lot since joining. Not a lot of transparency from the top on a number of things. Wouldn’t recommend it if you can avoid it at least until they figure out a direction.

Tenable leads the market in vulnerability management with the heritage of Nessus. The company is moving towards cloud and platform but the market still considers Tenable a VM company. This should change over time but leadership expects this image to immediately update.

Tenable is a great company to work for but like many sales roles, there isn’t a lot of job stability. I have enjoyed my time here and would recommend the company
