Back to ReviewsFormer Employee SMB side of this business is very difficult, the company hurts sellers and has a VERY high turn over rate for SMB sellers titled as Account Specialist. This is a straight cold call remote role you will be making about 40 calls a day target is about 30-35 units a month so 1 deal a day is what it takes. TOP TOP performers eat well ive seen 250+ low performers will make base 50k maybe 60 k with commission and will be swept out within 90 days. Lots of added benefits like discounts on personal and home services but culture is tough here. Company also has heavy claw backs if customers cancel service after 60 days, 1 big return can set you negative for a month on commission. If youre starting out in sales this is a good first step i would say its a higher title then a SDR BDR and you can leverage it to get into a different org later on. Browse Other Reviews
