People are not set for successes. They keep trying to apply the US strategy to EMEA which clearly do no work. No transparency!

Current Employee1.7Oct 9, 2024Pretty average, up front they’ll tell you how much money can be made. But that depends on which AE you work with and the opportunity close rate is extremely low. A couple BDRs will get lucky and have a good size deal close. Frustrating when part of your quota and success is dependent on if the AE does their job or not.
