Great team and company culture, but product is a nice to have at best. Other departments do not respect sales inputs, so we get stuck having to do everything on our own. Remove marketing from your vocabulary here, everything is 100% sales driven from hard-core cold outbound.

The most anti-sales leadership you will ever come across. As AI continues to kill TSIA’s product (basic industry research), the company has made a decision to be a “marketing led” organization. Even if you’re talented you will not be recognized. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere
