After two rounds of layoffs, morale is extremely low! Leadership doesn't know how to lead during these challenging economic times . Very few reps are hitting their quota or tracking. Deals take 18-24 months if not longer. No inbound leads.

Great company, leadership change, global player, I would recommend. You have access to a world class tools to develop but if you wanna make the most of it you need to seek training outside of the org.
