Amazing leadership and the company is growing to be the leader in CIM software. Base + Comp however is lower than I would expect for software sales.

Overall Experience was great, the leadership team was supportive and trained new BDMs well. Great role if you at least have past sales experience and are transitioning into Tech, a little harder for a fresh grad.
