The diversity could really use some work. Management is experienced in the their own respect, but don't communicate with each other (Ex: BDR + AE managers).

I’m currently with Tanium, where the company emphasizes promoting from within. However, when there are 13 applicants for a first-line manager role and only one is internal interested in stepping into leadership due to the toxic leadership culture, it forces the company to look externally for candidates.
