Standard for a company in this late stage private phase, they're trying to align with the best practices of successful unicorns. Problem is the solution is complex and hard to sell, far less patience now for longer sales cycles. Quite expensive and often competes against legacy and free solutions in the mm/ENT space; completive advantage of speed and scale is less important at any sub 10k endpoint company. They need to adjust pricing to reflect budgets of these companies. ServiceNow partnership is legit but the Microsoft partnership is smoke and mirrors and is cannibalization at its finest.
